9 April 2019 - Another hidden gem for Cherry Blossom

Let me show you another place for Cherry Blossom. 

 One of my favorite place in downtown Seoul for Cherry Blossom.

I like it becos' it was quiet here.

Took the subway to Jamsillaru Station exit 1. 
Walk towards 성내천 Seongnaecheon. 
About less than 10mins to reach the stream.

So delighted to see the flowers!

I did not walk much cos need to rush off to another place.

 I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to view the cherry blossoms at a non tourist spot ^^

8 April 2019 - Rejuvenating dinner at Myeongdong

 

I always come to 보돌미역 whenever I am in Myeongdong and needed something to rejuvenate myself after hours of walking.

8 April 2019 - Walking up to Seoul Tower

                

          Decided to walk to Seoul Tower to burn off the calories I had from my burger.

Hmmm...it was a long walk lol

I was sure I burnt off more calories than I had consumed.

I came here without much expectations to see full bloom.

So does this mean the flowers here have just started to sprout?

Just a brief visit here.

I dun remember walking only 40mins from Rocka Doodle hot fried chicken burger to Seoul Tower.

hahahaha

8 April 2019 - Rocka Doodle hot fried chicken burger for lunch

Took the subway to Noksapyeong Station, exit 3 and came here for lunch.

Came here becos their pictures on the Korean SNS were too tempting lol

The staff told me level 2 spiciness is equivalent to spicy Shin ramyeon and Cheongyang chili pepper.

Level 2 should be ok for me but I went for level 1.

If I did not remember wrongly, I think this was the "Granpa" burger.

Yummy of course!

This could hardly go wrong.

8 April 2019 - Back at 도당산 for Cherry Blossoms

Back at 도당산 Dodangsan to check out the cherry blossom situation but I did not have high hopes to see much flowers left. 

 Just wanna check out the conditions.

This was my second time here.

The first time was during Spring 2018

The Cherry Blossom festival for 2019 was 6 - 7 April, about one week earlier then 2018.

Just imagine how nice this place would be when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.

I would hike to 원미산 Wonmi Mountain from here when I have a chance in future. 

Please check out this place for cherry blossom in future!

Hopefully, we will get a chance to go to Korea in 2021!!!
