My 고추튀김

This Dangjo pepper is not spicy at all.
Got this from FINEST.
So delicious looking!
I mixed minced pork with minced garlic, chopped onions, pepper and a pinch of salt.
Scraped out the Dangjo Pepper seeds and stuff the meat fillings into the Dangjo Pepper.
Very pleased with my chilli sauce which I learnt from my idol, 백종원 Baek Jong-won in 맛남의 광장 Delicious Rendezvous (Hope the show will come back again).
I forgotten the actual name but it is using tomato sauce(Ketchup), white vinegar, sugar, abit of soy sauce, Korean chilli powder and minced garlic.
