Tonight's dinner consisted of stir fried zucchini and stir fried pork with Kkwari gochu
(shishito peppers) 돼지고기 꽈리고추볶음.

I used the non fatty part of the pork.
My idol, 백종원 Baek Jong-won demostrated this dish using pork belly with Kkwari gochu and it looked super mouth watering...
Becos Kkwari gochu tasted good when cooked with fats.
Stir fried zucchini with tang hoon (vermicelli) and dried shrimps.
Tasted like a Chinese dish that mum usually cooks.
