13 Nov 2018 - Having BBQ in a back alley

Brought my friends to 미갈매기살전문 for BBQ dinner.
Nearest subway station would be Jongno 3-ga, exit 6.
 Ikseon-dong is just round the corner (circled in Red).

There was another BBQ eatery at the entrance of the alley.
It was fully packed.
This was the eatery we came for.
Also fully packed when we were there.
There were many people standing around waiting for a table.
We were lucky or rather, we displayed the Kiasu spirit by standing around and quickly zoomed into a table just when the previous customers were getting ready to leave.
We did not expect to be able to get a table within 5mins.

That red signage is the name of the eatery.
A popular eatery.
The staff attending to us happened to be a Chinese and she was really helpful and friendly.

Very happy to see they used coals for BBQ ^^

We had a few servings of each different parts of the meat cos they were so good!
Our favorite was 갈매기살.
The ambiance played a part too ^^
It was a really good experience!
