4 April 2022 - Delicious lunch at 난포

The one on the right (as shown by red arrow) is 쵸리상경  and the one on the left (as shown by purple arrow) is 난포 Nanpo.

Both are popular restaurants in this area and both always have a long queue.

I think reservation is recommended.

난포 Nanpo is at the basement. 

Before I get seated, I took a queue no and was put on the waiting list.

An sms (in Korean)was sent to me when I first took the queue no.

I monitored the status of my queue no via the link given in the sms.

Another sms was sent to me when there were about 3 people ahead of me and requesting me to go also.

Although there were about 20 people ahead of me, I waited about 30 mins.

Maybe due to the no of seating required.

The dish on the left is 돌문어간장국수 (Octupus in soy sauce noodle)at 13,000won.

The one on the right is 강된장쌈밥 (Doenjang with wrapped rice) at 10,000 won.

So now you can understand why I couldn't try the yummy looking pastries at LOWIDE COFFEE BAKERY 로와이드 lol

4 April 2022 - Surprise at a random cafe LOWIDE COFFEE BAKERY 로와이드

Came to this random cafe after I took a queue no at 난포.

Level 1

Still at level 2.

Back to level 1.

I was very tempted to try out their pastries but I had to save my stomach for 난포.

I will be back to try their pastries!!

I can't recall what coffee I ordered but this was really good!

LOWIDE COFFEE BAKERY 로와이드 is about 10 mins walk from Ttukseom Station, exit 8. 

The cafe is about 2-3 mins walk from 난포.

Always a bliss to eat homecooked food.

Homecooked Jjampong 짬뽕 by 셰프 숀 ~ ~ ~

3 April 2022 - Waiting patiently for the full bloom

Although I knew the cherry blossom have yet to bloom but I still wanted to check out the situation for my own record.

I came to Jamsil station, exit 5 to check out the status of the cherry blossom.

I wish I am staying in one of these units!

It would be so lovely to see beautiful cherry blossom every morning when I wake up!

Now I shall proceed to Jamsillaru Station exit 1 to check out the flower situation.

This was at Jamsillaru Station exit 1. 

I was here on 9 April 2019 but with full bloom.

Haizzzz....

Songpa Naru Park 송파나루공원 (Seokchonhosu Lake 석촌호수).

Yes, mask on.

People wore their masks as required but many of them took off their mask when taking pictures.
