I decided to cook dinner becos it was about 10.30pm when I reached Hongdae. I bought a packet of shredded cheese from the convenient store below my apartment and used the remaining ingredients in my fridge to whip up this Cheese Spam & Kimchi Fried Rice for dinner. Gosh...this was my first time to be cooking and eating dinner at such late hours ㅠㅠ *Fattyme

I am not shy to compliment my own cooking becos it was not me who made the food nice.
