12 Feb 2021 - My 호박죽 Hobakjuk Pumpkin Porridge

It was the Chinese Lunar New Year.
So I tried making 호박죽 Hobakjuk Pumpkin Porridge.
Inspired to try this after watching Youn's Stay 윤스테이 and I was super glad that it turned out really well ^^
I did not made the mini rice balls, I bought the ready made ones.
Too much work hahahaaa
As for the Jujubes (대추), I tried using 정유미's method and it turned out quite pretty.
Two versions.
One with Jujubes as the centre piece.
The other one without the Jujubes but I used homecooked red beans as toppings.
Both were well received ㅋㅋㅋ
As for the pine nuts, I roasted them slightly.
Always happy when I see people going for second servings lol
